do your bars contain nuts?

how should i store my zing bars?
store your bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. during warmer months, many customers enjoy storing them in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
what is the shelf life of zing bars?
every box is marked with a best by date. for the best taste and quality, we recommend enjoying your bars before that date.

when will my order ship?
most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
do you offer free shipping?
we offer free shipping on qualifying orders. the current threshold will automatically be reflected during checkout.
will i receive tracking information?
yes. once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
i entered the wrong shipping address. what should i do?
contact us as soon as possible. if your order has not shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
do you ship internationally?
no at this time we do not ship internationally.

when does your warm weather shipping program run?
our warm weather shipping program runs from june 15, 2026 through september 30, 2026 to help protect your bars during the hottest months of the year.
how do you ship bars during warm weather?
during our warm weather shipping season, every order is packed with insulation and ice packs and most orders arrive within 1-3 business days.
what if my bars arrive a little soft?
because zing bars are made with real ingredients and contain dark chocolate, they may soften during transit, especially during the summer months. if your bars arrive a little soft, simply place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and they will firm back up.
what if my order arrives melted or damaged?
if your order arrives significantly melted or damaged, please contact our customer service team with your order number and, if possible, a few photos. we'll work quickly to make it right.
should i be concerned if the ice packs are melted?
no. it is completely normal for ice packs to thaw during shipping. their purpose is to help regulate the temperature of your order while it is in transit.
do you have any recommendations for summer deliveries?
if possible, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package promptly. once delivered, bringing your package indoors as soon as possible will help ensure the best experience.

subscription orders with 2 or more full-size boxes receive free shipping. subscription orders with just one full-size box will include a flat-rate shipping fee.

yes. you can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
can i change my subscription flavors?
yes. you can update your products and quantities through your subscription portal.
